While all positions require professionalism, experience and customer service, our technical staff also need to maintain appropriate industry specific certifications like “A+”, Microsoft Certifications and Citrix Certifications. Those that are hired without the appropriate certifications will be expected to achieve and maintain the required Certifications though company mentoring and provided training. Our technical staff consists of many capable technicians and engineers that assist each other in education and training.
